365 Leadership Community Choice Award for Social Justice Leader of the Year!
I have never done this work for recognition. I often decline awards that feel performative or tied to identity alone. Real equity work happens behind the scenes; quietly, consistently, and often without applause.
But this time, I accepted.
Being named Social Justice Leader of the Year by Madison365 means something deeper. They do not just tell stories. They uplift voices and communities that are too often overlooked. Their mission aligns with mine; building impact that lasts, not moments that simply shine.
To everyone who supported or nominated me, thank you. Your belief in this work fuels me.
We keep going.
We keep building.
The real reward is justice in motion.
